Keith is a seasoned professional recognized for guiding organizations through high-pressure, high-risk environments. He brings a unique blend of field experience and strategic insight to emergency preparedness, incident command, and crisis response. With more than 20 years of leadership in emergency management, risk mitigation, and healthcare safety, Keith helps organizations strengthen resilience and improve readiness.

He holds a M.S. in Safety, Security & Emergency Management and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM). Known for his practical, team-focused approach, Keith works to ensure organizations can effectively manage critical incidents and sustain operations under stress.

Most recently, as Risk Manager and Compliance Officer at Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska, Keith led enterprise risk assessments, developed emergency response protocols, and trained staff in crisis de-escalation and incident command systems. His leadership was instrumental during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he served as Deputy Incident Commander, coordinating cross-functional responses and continuity of operations.

In a prior role as Security & Safety Manager, Keith oversaw hospital-wide emergency planning, occupational safety programs, and interagency coordination with regional partners. He also served for more than a decade as a Fire Department Chaplain, providing crisis support and training to first responders and community members.
