Morgan is a detail-oriented public safety consultant with over ten years of professional experience and a strong background in emergency management, GIS implementation, and public outreach. Morgan currently serves as a Public Safety Consultant at Katmai Solutions, following roles as an Emergency Management Specialist for Indianapolis Emergency Management and internships in emergency management.

Morgan’s expertise includes disaster planning, business continuity, volunteer recruitment, and special events planning. Notably, Morgan played a key role in developing emergency support function plans and public education initiatives, providing situational awareness during high-profile events such as the NBA All-Star Game, Indy 500, and Brickyard 400. Morgan’s experience also spans rural county emergency management, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the Texas Division of Emergency Management, with a focus on GIS mapping, stakeholder engagement, and disaster preparedness communications.

Morgan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management and an Associate’s Degree in Business, along with certifications as a FEMA Professional Continuity Practitioner, CERT Trainer, GIS Specialist, Stop-the-Bleed Instructor, and All-Hazards Incident Management Team member. Morgan is skilled in ESRI ArcGIS Suite, project management, program design, and graphic design, and is passionate about leveraging technology and outreach to strengthen community resilience.
